10 X 10 or 10 X 20 Food Vendor Placement Agreement and Contract

Vendor hereby makes application for food vending space at the 2026 "Game on Worcester" Event to be held at Worcester Common in Worcester, MA. Vendor understands that this application becomes a contract when signed by vendor and accepted by 4Life Entertainment on behalf of "Game on Worcester". Upon submission, Vendor agrees to all conditions stated below.

• Vendors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits prior to their selected event date. Incomplete permits and/or late arrivals will not be permitted to set up and no refunds will be issued.
• 2026 permitted mobile vendors are admissible whereas pop-up / restaurant food vendors must acquire a Temporary Food License and list each event date of intended vending.
• Permit verification is required prior to vendor agreement acceptance.
• Vendors are required to provide their own tables, chairs, and 10'x10' pop-up tent with 80lbs of weight to secure tent (20lbs per leg). Ground staking is not permitted. Vendors will not be permitted to set up tents without leg weights.
• Vendor placement does not include electrical power.
• Load-in is two hours prior to event start. Vendors must check in with the Vendor Coordinator prior to setup. Late arrivals will not be permitted and no refunds will be issued.
• Vendors can commence breakdown only after the event scheduled end. Not before.
• Any vendor, mobile or otherwise, no matter their permitting situation outside of Worcester, must be permitted in Worcester to be allowed to vend at "Game on Worcester".
• Payment reserves your space for the selected date(s) on a first-come, first-served basis. Your space is confirmed once payment is received.
• Permit verification: 4Life Entertainment verifies your Worcester food permit after purchase. If a valid permit cannot be confirmed for your selected date(s), your payment will be refunded in full.
• Refunds: Full refund if 4Life cannot place you or your permit cannot be verified. No refunds for late arrival, incomplete permits at the event, or no-shows.

Vendor hereby makes application for vending space at the 2026 "Game on Worcester" Event to be held at Worcester Common in Worcester, MA. Vendor understands that this application becomes a contract when signed by vendor and accepted by 4Life Entertainment on behalf of "Game on Worcester". Upon submission, Vendor agrees to all conditions stated below.

• Vendors are required to provide their own tables, chairs, and 10'x10' pop-up tent with 80lbs of weight to secure tent (20lbs per leg). Ground staking is not permitted.
• Vendor placement does not include electrical power. Generators are not permitted.
• Load-in is two hours prior to event start. Vendors must check in with the Vendor Coordinator prior to setup. Late arrivals will not be permitted and no refunds will be issued.
• Vendors can commence breakdown only after the event scheduled end. Not before.
• Unless partnership is with a food/beverage vendor, Merchant and Product Vendors are not permitted to sell any food, drink, tobacco, or alcohol.
• The use of FIFA or affiliated brand logos is not permitted.
• Unapproved items for sale will be confiscated by Police and vendor will be removed from any further event inclusion with no refund.
• Payment reserves your space for the selected date(s) on a first-come, first-served basis. Your space is confirmed once payment is received.
• Refunds: Full refund if 4Life cannot place you. No refunds for late arrival or no-shows. Not-for-profit discount is subject to verification; if your non-profit status cannot be confirmed, the 25% discount will be billed or the order refunded.
